What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are made to Creative-Cables Retail Ltd.
Creative-cables.co.uk is the trading name of Creative-Cables Srl Unipersonale.
Debit / Credit Card payments
Payments can also be made through our secure Global Payments gateway. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
PayPal
All payments are processed through PayPal, the leader in online payments. Payments can be made directly from a paypal account if you hold one or any Debit or Visa Credit Card. You are not required to create a paypal account to make your payment.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Orders are generally packaged and dispatched from our facility in London within 24 to 48 hours. If the items you are ordering are from “Ready to use” section of our website the dispatch time could be longer.
For urgent orders please contact our customer support team so that they can advise if we are able to dispatch your order sooner.


When will I receive my order when it is shipped?

All shipments within United Kingdom are carried out by Yodel courier. Delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch, please note that weekends and bank holidays are excluded.
